Running Tights

Running tights are made of more supportive fabrics in a variety of blends with thinner areas near the joints, which allow freer movement of the legs during exercise andrunning. The most commonly used blends are lycra with either nylon or cotton, or cotton-polyester mix. These are available in a wide variety of colors from black to bright and shining colors. People living in colder regions also commonly wear these for extra warmth.
