Here Are Some Tips For Buyers

Read the seller's feedbacks. The more positive feedbacks the better it is.

If the seller is fairly new and has sold similarly priced items before with positive feedbacks, it would be safe to deal with him.

Read the sales page carefully. If the trader is new, does he want to sell quickly. Stay away from these sellers.

A seller may have lots of positive feedbacks. Before you trade with him always check the most recent ones. If these are negative something has definitely gone wrong somewhere. Be suspicious.

Go for auctions that have photos in them. This means that the buyer has the items in his possession. You may rarely find that the picture disagrees with the description. Find out the reason from the seller.

When in doubt ask questions from the seller. Read what others have asked and been answered. This will tell you how professional the trader is.

If the seller asks you for the payment by mail, double check his profile and see what city he is registered in. Has he asked you to send the money to the same town.

Don't forget to check the picture of the item carefully. See that it is not copied off a catalogue or a company's website.

If the seller has a very small positive feedback and has been buying very cheap stuff and then turns around to sell an expensive item be cautious.

Always buy from active traders. I am not saying that occasional sellers are not honest. You can sometimes pick bargains from them. Always weigh your options.
